Below are the steps you should take if you have a tech problem.

Step 1. Find your Imp Team Member or Staff Assistant

This is your first line of defense. These wonderful people can often fix issues very quickly. However, please do not interupt teaching or meetings. If your Imp Team member or Staff Assistant is busy, look below and contact the tech office. The members of the Implementation Team and Staff Assistants are listed below.
